Conscious Coaching

Service Description

In this session, we will engage to identify what is holding you back from your most authentic self. I utilize an integrative approach, applying depth psychological ideas and co-creative coaching. Some of the tools I use are working with dreams, creative imagination, somatic mindfulness, and embodied writing. Depth psychology is more holistic, and examines all aspects of a person’s life, including dreams, art, fantasies, and conscious thoughts. Depth psychologists attempt to understand the language and the dynamics of the unconscious as it manifests in their work with clients and in the world. *Sliding Scale fees for BIPOC, LGBTQ+
