Hi!

My name is Tricia Campbell, your Conscious Consultant + Depth Psychologist. Helping you to find clarity in the chaos through conscious content creation, copywriting, spiritual mentorship, sacred ritual, and intuitive wellness.

I believe we need to acknowledge both the light and the shadow aspects of one’s psyche.

I work with my clients to see the sacredness in everyday life, to find the willingness to show up differently as an invitation towards transformation, and to learn how to pay attention to the symbols that show up.

Nerdy Stuff

I recieved my Masters from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Depth Psychology with an Emphasis in Jungian and Archetypal Studies. I completed my doctorate coursework and all but my dissertation in my field of research, using myths & stories as a metaphor for healing.

About 6 years ago, I embarked on entrepreneurship in copywriting & social media. I've been a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) for 10 years, worked in the field of addiction for more than 17 years, and have studied holistic nutrition and wellness for over 25 years.

I have an eclectic background in corporate sales & non-profit administration but my heart lies in my knowledge of holistic wellness, spiritual philosophies, writing and soul-coaching.

I am passionate about finding ways in which archetypal imagination can facilitate healing of psyche and body and in teaching others how to integrate these practices into their lives as I've come to find imagination feeds the soul.

Fun Facts

Must Haves: sparkles, crystals, books, coffee or chai, and something fuzzy. Unless the coffee isn't good.

Fave Thing When Traveling: visit local coffee roasters, crystal stores, spiritual & book stores, sacred places

Childhood Past-times: reading stories late into the night, under the covers, with a flashlight. Anything fantasy, mythology, alternate worlds, vampire lore, and anything dark.

Fave Hobby: In grad school, I rediscovered my love for stories and for writing. It's become something that is really important to me, something I love to do, and isn't always easy but very therapeutic and cathartic.
